Consistently treats all Customers and Cast Members with honor and commits to a positive work climate
Takes a proactive role in keeping Disney brand banners in Guest action, visual and stewardship
Does cash wrap and mobile POS services in an adequate and timely manner while keeping a high level of Guest Service
Associates in the processing of cargo, replenishment of the selling floor, and additional operational tasks based on the demands of the market
Upholds all business policies as described in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual and Code of Business Conduct
Develops and maintains a safe operation and shopping atmosphere
Engages kids at their level providing them to shift part of the story
Takes a proactive role in keeping Disney brand banners in Guest engagement, optical standards, and housework
Drives Store issues by suggesting added items to Guests to meet their requirements
Ability to show strong Guest-focused battle on and off the sales platform
Demonstrated expert working as a portion of a team
Ability to get feedback and take effort when proper
Must maintain an expert appearance and meet Disney Store grooming guidelines

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Account Control group is held for being experts in our promoting clients’ businesses
and the companies that help those clients in both original and campaign progress. This team also
leads to the execution and optimization of operations that have been sold by personal sales teams.
Dependabilities
With support and oversight by more senior segments of the AM team, deliver battles from
the pre-sale design phase to construction, through achievement, to final operations wrap up
review.
Handle various account tasks efficiently, efficiently and productively
Acquire data and be conversant in customer business goals and methods
Effectively support the purposes of the client and the firm
Partner with Original Strategy team to follow client objectives with our skills
Facilitate collaboration with regional teams to assist with the plan, building, and driving
operations
Work jointly with the Sales team to support existing client connections
Assist other parts of the AM team with jobs related to daily report management; reporting,
inventory risk estimates, RFP responses, a regular pipeline review
