Cornerstone Staffing is using a year-round Construction Hand for our customers to perform tasks demanding physical labor at making sites and in a barn. General Laborer may perform hand and leadership tools of all kinds. May also total and prepare sites, bringing products to & from job positions, and dress up rubble, trash, and other waste substances.

Contracts for the Construction Laborer:

May work hand and power tools

Valid Driver’s License

Judgment Profile:

We are studying for a hard-working, determined, and leadership-focused Shop Manager to join our company! This position will help Site Supervisors and Project Directors by giving them tools, equipment, and numbers to efficiently perform their elected duties.

Shop Supervisor Responsibilities:

Have a safe, clean and known culture in the shop and out on job-sites

Ensure the garden, storage, and similar office facilities keep clean and safe

The document, follow and provide daily tasks for job support offers

Maintain adequate amounts of commonly used items

Accountable for keeping accurate and accurate files

Receive supplies, tools, and supplies from businesspeople and demobilization of posts

Enforce and perform job support questions in the order they were taken

Diligently control expenses and expenses, as well as monthly bills

Track, plan and assign all job-shacks and containers

Complete and proffer time cards for all selected shop personnel

Desired Experiences & Experience

1-2 years of experience running a construction shop and shop assistants

Previous background in commercial roofing or become managed roofing supplies

Designed and detail-oriented

Computer skills to add Microsoft and Excel

Able to handle many deadlines and preferences

Works healthy in a team setting

Mechanical ability

Requirements:

Original Drivers License

Must pass a history check and drug test

Job Description

Primary duties will be to help the senior resources and construction team perform restoration and preservation projects. Help perform store facelifts and changes, and general repair. Sheetrock sanding, painting, sweeping, moving, mowing, snow removal, cleaning, and all other prevailing helper duties as specified by control. Some day’s journey to other stores via a firm truck may be required. Work independently or as a member of an organization in many different jobs.

Based out of Lincoln but must be able to go as needed in company media to St. Joe MO, Nebraska City, Lincoln, or Columbus locations.
